- Banana cake (it’s evil, but oh so yummy!)
- Chicken Lo Mein with Peanut Butter sauce (made from PB2)
- Spaghetti Squash Casserole (one of our favorites)
- Southwestern Chopped Salad with Cilantro Lime Dressing
