We started Keto October 2016 and have had great success over the last 14 months. We have learned a lot and had some fails. I get excited when I figure out a way to convert a carb loaded recipe to Keto. I don’t want me or my family to feel deprived, but I am also not interested in feeding us more processed foods and sugar to not feel deprived. It’s not worth it. It took me a long time to figure that out and I wouldn’t have believed it until we did it.
