January Jumpstart Day 31: Month in review

This is it! Did you hit your goals for the month. I think I did pretty good. I got my nutrition back on track, clothes are fitting a little better. I was able to add an extra day in the gym.

Today is normally my rest day, but I have a gym date with my hubby tonight. YAY! I will take it easy on my legs since I have 20 miles tomorrow!

January Jumpstart

Sara wrote four workouts for us this month. Did you add any of them to your routine?

If you missed them, here they are:

Then there’s the treadmill intervals I started doing. It has made the treadmill a little more bearable.

And of course, January Jumpstart was made possible by awesome giveaways from these supporters! Go show them some love!

We still have plenty of giveaways going on, check them out here, here, here, andΒ here!

Did you workout today?

What’s one thing you changed or started this month?

I started this year out with 4.. FOUR!!… Instagram yoga challenges! I’ve kept up so far! Finishing them all out today! πŸ™‚ Hope February is an even better month for you! πŸ™‚

  3. That’s awesome that you’re doing 20 miles tomorrow!! WOW! I started lifting weights this month. I’m too old to neglect strength training–have to think about the future of my bones.

After much needed rest, I got a nice run in today! Whoop! I am still running inside on the treadmill and it’s making me miss running outside even more! My goal for January was to run consistently and so far I have managed to do, give or take a week. I have also started to practice yoga daily and I must say that I am really enjoying how it’s toning up my arms. 20 miles!!?? whoa! Good luck!!
