TGIF! This has been a long week. I’m normally off on Wednesday, but I was off Monday so it makes the week drag on and on…..Plus it messes with my workout schedule.
Friday is my rest day. I didn’t log a lot of miles this week but I got some good workouts in at the gym.
Sara at She Cooks, She Crafts, She Runs has been busy writing us another exercise routine including the demo videos here and here. I have a hard time getting motivated to work out at home. Short workouts like this are easy for me to fit in.

Friday January 24th: End of the week could not come sooner! I braved taking the kids to practice last night and thought I would get some good walking in on top of my 5 mile run yesterday,but Coach arrived and declared it too cold. Today is going to be my rest day… looking forward to the Hypnotic Donut Dash 5k tomorrow, hoping to PR 🙂

My “new” workout this month has been packing and moving!
Well I attempted an at home workout this morning but little missy woke up about 20 minutes in! Boo!
My husband and I do strength training after the kids go to bed. The work outs vary, but they kick butt! Would love a new sweaty band
No workout today :-(. Terrible chest cold.
I did my first spin class in almost 10 years today!! Forgot how much I liked it! My new favorite cross training!
Started doing Zumba once a week.
Recovering from last nights soccer game today. Fav at home work out is treadmill.
I woke up sore today so I took my yoga mat out and practiced for about 40 miniutes. The weather was finally somewhat bearable, so I bundled up and walked my dog for about an hour. He was very happy about that!!
I went for a run at the gym today. Just too cold to run outside. Haven’t tried anything new yet,but meaning to try a spin class.
I’m off for my workout in about an hour. Have to wait for the sun to come up. 🙂 I have tried a couple new things this month–mainly lifting weights.
