I have been eating these frozen pops for about a month before or after running outside in the heat. I had one before my half marathon on Memorial Day. It wasn’t as hot as it could have been in May, but it wasn’t cold either. I didn’t feel dehydrated, I was also drinking a lot of water during the race. The taste is good, I prefer the Lemon-Lime, but the Orange is good too!
I had this one Sunday night after running 4 torturous miles in 86 degrees and 47% humidity! I literally thought I was going to vomit. When I got home I grabbed this and felt much better. I was able to eat dinner a little later. They are just like a popsicle and very yummy, maybe a little salty at first but that’s what I need after a hard workout!
