Fitness Friday!

Wait, isn’t every day fitness Friday around here? I guess not every day.


It’s the start of week 3 of our Too Hot to Handle challenge. We are doing Mountain Climbers this week! You excited? Talk about getting your heart rate up and working your core.

There’s a demo video here. You can adjust the speed on these, fast or slow, go your pace. This guy has 8 wicked mountain climber variations posted here! I’ll try a few of those this week! Start out with 30 seconds, work your way up. Do a few each day, whatever you are comfortable with. The goal is to try something new and to build on that.

  1. Ha- Mountain climbers are a killer, but so good for you. I do a lot of self talk to get through them……. Then, collapse! 🙂

    I love Mountain climbers,! We stayed home and had a nice family Vday dinner complete with wine for hubby and I and way too much tiramisu 🙂

    I love mountain climbers! They’re tough but personally I find them much more doable than burpees. 🙂
