What I Ate (and did) Wednesday!

It’s been a while since I’ve had a WIAW post. January’s challenge needed my full attention!

Breakfast was a Bagel Thin, with Peanut Butter and Banana. Do you take vitamins? Which ones?

After I dropped Ally off at school I hit the gym for some cardio and weights! Got in a 50 minute workout including planks and V-ups!

Post gym snack was an apple. It tasted soooo good! I was hungry when I left the gym and very proud of myself for not getting a pretzel at Target. They have become my new craving!

For lunch I made my taco soup. It’s so easy, but a little high in sodium because it’s canned items. I use 2 cans Pinto Beans, 1 can Ranch Style, frozen corn, 1 can of Ro-Tel, taco seasoning if you want and ground beef or chicken. Today was ground beef. You can add tortilla strips, avocado, cheese, whatever you’d like to dress it up!

Dinner was oven baked chicken, mashed potatoes and green beans. The mashed potatoes are homemade so I control the milk and butter that goes in it.

Today was errands and laundry day! I’m shopping for a new vacuum since my sweet Molly chewed the plug off mine last week.

Yesterday I got in 80 V-Ups. Today’s goal is 100!!

    I love my Dyson! Good luck finding a vacuum. Bed Bath & Beyond always has sales & 20% coupons, can’t beat that!
