February’s challenge is brought to you in conjunction with Shelly at RunningPfuhl and Sara at She Cooks, She Crafts, She Runs. Each week there will be a new exercise to master with several levels to fit everyone’s needs. You can always adjust the challenge to your level.

Challenges are about setting goals and meeting them, weekly goals are easier to obtain than monthly and yearly goals. Breaking them up to something attainable will keep you motivated! Choose your goal:
- Pound the pavement with weekly mileage goals
- Completing 100 reps of the exercise, daily or by week’s end
I’ll be hitting the gum tonight for cardio and weights. Tomorrow is 12 miles!
