I’ll be running today and doing p90x later this afternoon. Weather was beautiful yesterday and managed a 5k run and played basketball with the Hubs and Son! Now today it’s gloomy and about to rain! Sti going to get a workout in though!! :)

About to climb our stairs again. Was going to go for a run – way too windy out there for my asthma. I did walk our kids to and from school today (very quickly). Will try to do weights with my husband again tonight.

  4. Tina says:

I walked 3k in -35 degree weather to work this morning and will be doing a HIIT workout tonight!

Today I hoping to run 3-4 miles when I get off work. The weather in NOLA is pretty bad. So I will just wait and see how it goes. If I can get my run in today-I will be grateful for a rest day! I #sweatpink too!

40 minute stair master. Proud of myself for the extra steeps it took to go this time….wasn’t as convenient as normal, but I did ” get ‘er done”.

  21. Keri R says:

Today was a rest day as we had to say goodbye to our amazing and precious 13 year old golden. We’re having a special family day/night. I’ll resume sweating pink tomorrow with Les Mills Pump, Turbo Fire and some time on the treadmill.

I knew today would be rough with the Phoenix Open. My friends and I were VIP in the US Airways tent which means free food and drinks. I knew I would need to get in a workout before hand so I hike North Mountain by my house. It was a nice 2 mile climb/hike and got my day started off just right.

  23. Laurel C says:

Running and cycling are the best ways to sweat! Even though it was cold out, I do think I sweated a little lol

Tell me what you think!
