I got my medal hanger for my birthday last year, ordered from Allied, and I love it! I don’t have very many medals on it yet, but I’m working on filling it up! I noticed Ally added her medals to it too.

    I would love to win one of these! I only have 2 medals so far but have planned out 13 races (actually a few more than that) for 2013. My workout is week 4 of P90x yoga and a run. If I’m not too tired then I’m doing a Zumba class later today!

    Weights with the hubby: 3 sets of 10 (bench press, inclined bench press, and tricep pull downs). 10 minutes pilates video for flexibility. Walk with a friend (25 minutes).

    So sad – I am sick with the flu again and there is no way I can run – can’t even breathe to go up and down the stairs.
    So I have a question – I was supposed to start week 4 of the running program… There is no way I will be able to run this week even if I get better today if I can’t even do the basic things. Should I start all over again with my running program or just re-do week 3 and get back on track? Any suggestions?

    • I’ve been fighting a cough for a week now. Just wait and see how you feel. One week might not set you back as much as you think. Don’t start all over, if anything do week 3 again just to make sure you are good and ready for week 4. Get better soon!

        Yep – I think that is what I am going to do. This just stinks that it has happened again…

    I’m planning on a 4-mile run this afternoon. I don’t have a display for my medals, right now I only have two but plan on earning more.

    I just started running with my hubby 22 months ago and have started collecting bling from my runs. It would be awesome to be able to proudly display them!! 😉

    Oops! I forgot to add what my workout was today which was doing one of my cardio routines. I can’t wait to be able to run outside again. Right now the wind chill where I live is -22!! Brrr!

    Just finished flying so a workout is in my evening plans. My medals are in a drawer under my shorts. I think this is just crazy when I think about how much time and effort went into training for the events and the $ to sign up. I really need to display them proudly!
