#30DayHomies Day 27


Sorry I’m so late today! I’ve been working with Sara on the plans for this week. You will want to pay attention daily for the grand prizes to be announced!

In the spirit of the challenge I’ve been trying new stuff some this month. Started with getting on the dreaded stair master, it’s not as bad as it was the first few times, gotta keep at it. I tried several new weight machines, been to yoga 3 times and today I went to Spin class….that was torture. I really didn’t enjoy it, but I stuck it out the whole hour. Burned a whopping 620 calories and my legs feel like noodles.

I also tried yogurt again this morning. I don’t like yogurt, but I know it’s good for me so I’m trying, again, to like it. I got some with granola to mix in, thinking the texture will help. It wasn’t completely horrible, but I won’t be craving it anytime soon!

I have burned some serious calories this morning and am looking forward to our home made fajitas for dinner tonight.

    I loved our spin class at the gym but they quite having it due to lack of participation.

    Have you ever tried Kefir? Same benefits of yogurt & yummy. May be something you can not only tolerate, but enjoy!

    Spin class…55 min. Going to master the chin up machine! 1 minute plank. Under my calories yeah!!!
