We are half way through! If you’ve stuck with us this long, you can make it! Once you have these habits in place it will be easier to keep it up.
I went to the gym this morning, got 30 minutes on the Stair Master, I will conquer that thing! I did leg weights, 1:30 plank and some Russian twists with the medicine ball.
We are having a fun photo contest soon, I mentioned before we’d be asking for pictures. We will have 3 categories:
- You and your best workout buddy
- Funniest photo (be creative!)
- Show us your muscles (arms, legs, abs, back)
We will have further instructions about where to upload them soon. Just please note if you submit a photo you are giving us (How My World Runs and She Cooks, She Crafts, She Runs) permission to use your photo on our blog, Facebook and Twitter. We will enable voting for everyone to vote on their favorites in each category.
