It’s Day 9 and we have a surprise drawing today for Swiftwick Socks! It’s only going to be up for 12 hours!
These posts usually go out before I get my workout in, so I’m running a day behind. Tuesday’s workout was 15 minute Nike “Better Butt” and 1 minute plank.
I hope you are all staying motivated. Once we get in the habit of doing something every day it will be easier to keep going. I love getting in a 15 minute Ab or arm workout on my off days. I have been incorporating my planks into my long runs on Saturday. It’s a nice, short break from the run and we get some funny looks sometimes! Like when we stopped and did lunges and planked in the Walmart parking lot a few weeks ago, that was awesome!
