    I had the entire family walk down to the beach and back. It is about 2.5 miles all together. What a great feeling for today!

    5/20 leg lifts
    8 glasses water
    I am going to try a plank tonight…I’ll let you know tomorrow.

    Active rest day: very aggressive cleaning of apartment.

    2.5 miles, run walk with a friend that is getting back into running. Plank 45 seconds, 2 sets of 20 push ups, 20 crunches, 20 bicycles.

    Got out there and did 2.5 45 sec. planks, sit ups and push ups (2×20)
