#30DayHomies Day 4

It’s Day 4 already, finally the weekend is here. The giveaways end at 11:59PM CST tonight, so make sure and check out the post from Day 2 for those links. Who’s excited??

The weekends can be hard on eating and working out. Just stay as focused as you can. Choose the best food possible and exercise when you can.

Found this article on Women’s Health Magazine, it has some great ab exercises that can be done at home. Move #2, the toe touch is a great move. I’ve done this one a lot!

I did get some exciting news last night. I am a new Girls Gone Sporty Ambassador. I really enjoy encouraging other people (friends or strangers) on their journey. I hope you all see my excitement, maybe not today so much.

This weekend brings a 7 mile long run for me and my friends training for the Cowtown Half on February 24.

Sorry this post is so short, I’m fighting this cold that seems to have come back with a vengeance. I just want to crawl in bed.

Who has tried Swiftwick socks? Any other compression socks you like?

    I was at the airport most of the day. But I did manage a brisk walk through the terminals while I waited for my flight – laptop and heavy camera bag and toes. This morning I hope to make use of the hotel’s gym. My back still hurts and I too am fighting a cold.

    Today was skull crushers, tricep dips, pushups, situps, crunches, plank holds and yoga. Then I went for an inadvertent run with my dog. It was cold and he wanted to get home :)

    My calves have been super tight, so I did some stretches. Didn’t want to do anything too crazy & freak them out even more! :)
