I’ve been wanting to make unbaked oatmeal cookies for a long time now. Despite the oatmeal in them, they aren’t “healthy” cookies. But they are good. Here’s the recipe, they go in the fridge for about an hour, until they are set.
So, to counter act the bad cookies, I made the raw cookie dough bites that are healthy. I’ve made them several times but haven’t shared the recipe here. I found it on Pinterest here.
I do substitute the chocolate chips with raisins. I also add coconut. They are very sticky when you are handling them, if you wet your hands the dough doesn’t stick to your hands.
And I attempted spaghetti squash for the first time today. It went over well, we decided we’d like to try it with marinara sauce soon!
I was pretty amazed at how it shredded just like spaghetti!
